Bryan realized he could do far more good representing the injured parties and brought his unique inside knowledge to Chinny Law. Law’s background as a workers’ compensation paralegal and conflict resolution scholar has made her a formidable lawyer, litigating cases before the Trial Division and the Appellate Division of the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation.

When a pediatric physician came to us with several symptoms including herniated discs and depression resulting from an injury sustained from helping a child off an exam room table, he had no luck with his insurance and was suffering. We connected him to the medical resources he needed, both mental and physical, and settled his case for just about $250,000.

Automotive – back sprain:
A part-time worker at a large automotive parts store fell off a ladder. He sustained substantial damage that extensive medical care was unable to treat, leaving surgery his only option, but his insurance would not approve it. We successfully forced his insurer to cover it (as well as related therapies). Besides securing him federal disability benefits, at the end of the day we won our client $185,000 and unlimited medical treatment for the rest of his claim.
